Congress is 100% corrupt. They confirm this every day by refusing to tell us that the Rothschild family is the primary owner of the Federal Reserve. Every member of Congress thus helps the Rothschild family rob every American. This crime of treason began in 1913. The Declaration of Independence tells us it's our duty to remove a government that reduces us under absolute despotism. That stands above the Constitution. No amendments needed.
